Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow additional time during release periods, as order volume may increase.

HITORIJPN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct address is provided before completing purchase.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping options may be introduced in future releases.
