HITORIJPN pieces are released in limited runs.

Each drop is produced with intention not mass restock.

Because of this, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 5 days of delivery at hitorijpnonline@gmail.com with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Description of the issue

Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
